Microarray chip is a fixed grassed base chip. Biology marker (antibody/antigen/DNA fragment, et al) can be covered like a point on the chip surface. Colorfully change in the point marker, this is the qualitative visualize result. Meanwhile, the colorfully changed levels can be read by Instruments(Microarray reader). Microarray reader read out the quantitative results. High-throughput testing and multi-marker on one chip, is the significant difference than other technologies. One sample is tested with multi-marker concurrently.
